2. Custom Orders

Most of our products are personalized and made specifically for you. Please carefully review all personalization details, including names, dates, colors, fonts, thread colors, and design selections before submitting your order.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Order Processing

Processing times are listed on each product page and do not include shipping time. During holidays or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.

5. Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other shipping carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made an error with your order.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. If a return or exchange is approved, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition within 10 business days. Once received and inspected, we will process an approved replacement or refund.

7. Product Variations

Because many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in wood grain, engraving depth, thread color, fabric placement, and other natural characteristics may occur. These variations make each item unique and are not considered defects.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, logos, product descriptions, and website content are the property of Our Lil' Bowtique and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our Lil' Bowtique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
