Thank you for shopping at Our Lil' Bowtique, where you can find adorable personalized clothing and accessories. Custom orders are always welcome!

*Quick service is important to us. We try to get orders out within 15 BUSINESS days (M-F excluding weekends/holidays!) Some orders are faster depending on the order and the size. Larger orders may take an additional 1-3 days, and a additional 3-5 days for your shipment to arrive. If you need an item sooner, please send a message before you purchase to ensure that it can be shipped sooner!  A rush fee will apply is you require an item before our turn around time.  Around holidays our turnaround time can be a bit longer due to the number of orders we receive.

*Once an item is shipped and you are sent a tracking number we cannot be held responsible for what happens to your package. We ship out via USPS and send you a tracking number. We have no control over your package after that point and CANNOT guarantee delivery time. We go by the time guidelines USPS gives us.

* Due to variations in monitor settings, colors may vary slightly from those shown.

* We would love to see pictures of you and your little ones wearing our products. Please send them or attach them to your feedback!

* Please shop with confidence! We want you to be satisfied. If there is an issue with your order, kindly contact us,  We are always happy to work out a resolution.

*Please note, most bows and clips are meant to be worn on the right. Please send a message if you need it for the left.

*We reserve the right to subsitute exact applique fabric, ruffle shirt styles, headbands, bows, and leg warmers should the style you want be out of stock and you are in a rush!  We will try to use something as close as possible to the picture. 

 


Payment

Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards. We begin production on your items within 2 days. Although your order may not be fully ready to ship for 15 business days the production process has begun. Due to this any change requests after 2 days may not be possible. This includes cancellations. size/color changes, and address changes. Please have all of the information correct before placing your order. If you cancel your order before production is started there will be a 10% cancellation fee to cover the cost of Paypal fees, as we are not refunded when and order is cancelled/refunded.

 

Shipping

All items are made to order unless otherwise stated Ready to Ship. All items are made after you place your order. Applique/embroidery items take about 3 weeks (15 BUSINESS days). Bows, headbands, and legwarmers normally ship out within 1 week.

All orders are shipped USPS first class or priority mail with tracking. **PLEASE make sure the address you leave at checkout is COMPLETE and CORRECT, as this is the address that your order will be shipped too. We will not be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to your error. If you are purchasing a gift we require you to include the recipients shipping address in the ship to area please do not include it in the notes to seller!!!! If you would like to add insurance or signature confirmation onto your package please let us know so we can add those charges onto your shipping. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE FEES IF THEY WOULD LIKE THEM ADDED ON. ***

Unfortunately, USPS does not 'guarantee' delivery time, except for Express service. Once I ship orders, I cannot be held responsible for the shipping time. While most orders take 2-4 days to arrive once shipped, there have been occasions when the shipping time is longer. We DO NOT Include extra insurance on packages if you want to add it you are responsible for letting us know. If you would like to ship Fed Ex or UPS, you can convo me and I can adjust your shipping charges.***

 

Refunds/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product, returns and exchanges are graciously dealt with on a case by case basis. We are always here to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Personalized items are NOT returnable/exchangeable unless the mistake was on our part.

Upon arrival of your item please be sure to check it over. Great care is taken to make sure you receive an exceptional product every time, however, should you have an issue with your order you must contact us WITHIN 3 days of delivery. Delivery time is based on the delivery tracking number.

If a refund is appropriate, items must be returned in original condition BEFORE refund will be given. In general, refunds or exchanges are only allowed if there is a shop error. We also do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing. If you are concerned about sizing please send us a message to discuss sizing beforehand.

We cannot be held responsible for post office errors or post office delays. The only shipping time guaranteed by the post office is Express shipping.

If a return is approved, item(s) must be received within 7 days of that approval. Anything returned outside of these terms will be marked 'return to sender'.

We accept Paypal and credit cards. Once we notify Paypal or credit card services to put a refund through, Paypal and the credit card company are responsible for funds transfers. Credit/Debit card refunds can take up to a billing cycle to appear in your account.

 

HOW SHOULD I WASH THIS?

All tops and dresses should be washed and dried inside out on gentle cycle, tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. We do iron soft backing to all applique designs. They do wash out after a couple washes. Leg warmers are hand wash cold only and lay flat too dry. Tutus are spot clean only. When a tutu arrives you will need to fluff it up.

 

HOW DO YOUR SIZES RUN?

We do use a variety of vendors for different items.All items are 100% cotton and will shrink a bit after the first wash. T-shirts normally run true to size. Unless specifically stated of requested all shirts are ahort sleeve. There is an additional cost for long sleeves. Girls fitted shirts run true to size. Polo shirts run true to size. If you have a question on sizing, PLEASE ASK BEFORE ORDERING. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED DUE TO SIZING.

 

CAN YOU CHANGE THE COLORS TO MATCH MY THEME?

We do welcome color changes. You can send us a message to let us know your color theme or a picture of invitiations/decorations and we will match as closely as possible

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes, but during busy season we may not be able to. Custom designs may be subject to a design fee.

 

WHAT SIZE ARE THE LEG WARMERS?

Legwarmers are one size fits all. They generally fit up to age 8. (About 10lbs and up!) - Babies and toddlers -above the knee, bigger girls they will fit like knee socks.
